Thomas V. "Mike" Miller, Jr. Mike is the highest ranking member of the legislative branch of the Maryland government, serving as President of the Maryland Senate. Mike has a long and varied career in public service, has received numerous commendations and awards, and is a staunch supporter of the Surrattsville Foundation.
