Served two tours of duty in Vietnam.

From his sister, "This was my brother, who enlisted and served in the Marines after he graduated in 1966 from Surrattsville. He served two tours in Vietnam, and then was stationed at Andrews AFB in 1969. The very last weekend of his enlistment in the Marines he was killed in a car accident in LaPlata".
